Criteria for Registration
Step 1:

Procedure for Registration
STEP 01: Expression of Interest by Provider (Online Registration)
STEP 02: Application form completed online by provider
STEP 03: Provider checked for compliance and accreditation with SETA
STEP 04: Invoice for site audit and application fee submitted to provider
STEP 05: Upon payment arrange for site audit with auditor and provider
STEP 06: Site audit completed and report submitted to Skills and Ratification Committee for approval
STEP 07: Skills and Ratification Committee meet to decide on the outcome
STEP 08: Payment of auditor
STEP 09: Provider notified of outcome and certified if successful
Fees
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION:
R 5 000.00 per annum plus VAT
R1 500.00 per branch up to 3 branches the amount will therefore be capped at R9 500.00 (Trade Membership)
R1 000.00 plus VAT (Provider fee)
INITIAL AUDIT FEE
R2 500.00 once off plus VAT
Travelling costs will be charged in the event of flights and accommodation and if more than a 50km radius from the IWH.
AUDIT FEE:
Payable on application – not refundable
APPLICATION FEE
Payable on successful audit – not refundable
