In providing a mechanism for resolving grievances, the IWH aims to ensure that;
Members maintain the standards of behaviour and service as set out in the IWH Code of Conduct (Addendum A) or Compliance standards (Addendums B – H);
Members have access to a fair, equitable and inexpensive process for dealing with grievances;
There is an avenue for appeals following a decision on a grievance;
Every effort is made by IWH to resolve grievances and appeals in a timely and effective manner;
All parties are given the opportunity to present their case, be fully informed about allegations and decisions made and have the right to representation.
